Yes. Anyone can join. We trade in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and United States currencies, with the support office based in Sydney, Australia.

Does this fit within advertising regulations?

Yes. In the US, UK, Europe and many other parts of the world, you are required by law to disclose a sponsored post. We recommend following the same guideline in ANZ. The easiest way to do this is to simply include #advertisement #ad #sponsored #paidpartnership #collab #freegift further guidance, see our Terms and conditions.

What is creativity with purpose?

Creativity with purpose is doing well by doing good. 10% of all company profit donate to LGBTQIA+ community projects nominated by the influencer network.

Who generates the content?

Brands and agencies create the campaign brief, influencers create the posts. Feedback can be given along the co-creation process. The Influencer generates the content at the end of the day.

Who owns the content?

The influencer owns the content, as it’s been generated by them with a financial contribution from a brand. Therefore, a brand can share an influencer’s post within the platform it appears but cannot use the content for any advertising outside of that.

How do I post a campaign?

Head to the campaign builder, send us an email at concierge@joocd.com or login at www.joocd.com

How can I be sure I'm not paying to reach fake followers?

We have that covered. Brands and agencies receive an in-depth analysis identifying fake or bot follower numbers, through sophisticated AI-powered technology.

Can I get a breakdown of an Influencer's followers?

Yes. We have that covered. Brands and agencies receive an in-depth analysis of the quality and insights of an influencer’s audience through an audience audit.

Are brands allowed to negotiate on price?

Yes. Like any marketplace you can negotiate. We offer an up-to-date price estimate. Estimated market price of a post is based on influencer country, followers, engagement rate, and their overall audience quality analysed on market values. This ensures influencers are compensated fairly and that brands don’t feel they are paying too much for sponsored content.

What's the approval process?

Once a campaign brief is approved, influencers create and submit a post with a price attached. If a brand approves it, the influencer can then publish direct to their social media and collect payment. If the brand has slight changes to the content or price, they can ‘Provide Feedback’ to the influencer, who’ll either re-submit or decline. If the campaign has ended, the budget has been spent or the influencer and/or post is not right for the campaign, the brand can select ‘Disapproved Post’.

How do I measure my campaign's success?

Your campaign dashboard is packed with analytics, stay on track with goal management and real-time reporting of campaign engagement rates, conversions, earned media, reach, and total media value. Calculated from an earned media value index to track the ROI of your campaign.
